A
large step towards ending Rattism, can be taken by simply taking
care with our spoken language. Phrases such as "You Dirty
Rat" and "He was a love Rat" probably
do more to reinforce Rattism than all other forms of Rattist discrimination.
Other expressions such as "You look like a drowned Rat",
deny the Rats right to cuteness by implying that Rats are scruffy
and unkempt. Other Rattist sayings include "I smell a
Rat", "Rat Arsed" and "Rat Race".
Any utterance of these highly offensive sayings should be reported
to the RDA guestbook immediately.
